How it works

1. Pick a time
The booking calendar shows every open Slot in your own timezone. Pick one and it is held for ten minutes while you pay.

2. Pay through Stripe
Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Your card details go to Stripe, never to this site.

3. Meet on Zoom
Your confirmation email carries the Zoom link and calendar files, and a reminder arrives one hour before the call.

4. Keep the Recording
After the Session, the Recording and its word-level Transcript appear in your account automatically. They stay private to you.

What is a Session?
Sixty minutes, one to one with TÂCHES, over Zoom. You set the agenda: a mix that needs finishing, a stuck idea, a technique you want to understand, or a decision you keep going back and forth on.
How much does it cost?
A single Session costs $200. The 5 and 10 Session Packages cost less per Session - the cards above show each total, and they always show the current price.
How does booking work?
The calendar shows every open Slot for the next 30 days, in your timezone. Pick one, give your email, and the time is held for 10 minutes while you pay. Your Zoom link arrives by email once the booking confirms.
What about timezones?
Slots appear in your own timezone automatically, with TÂCHES's time (Costa Rica) shown alongside for a second check. Confirmation emails show your local time.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Any time more than 24 hours before your Session, you can reschedule or cancel from your dashboard, and your Credit returns to your balance for another booking. Inside 24 hours the Session locks - that hour is reserved for you.
Do I get a recording?
Yes. Every Session records automatically. After the call, the Recording and a word-level Transcript appear in your account - stream them, download the video to keep, or revisit any moment by its text. They are visible only to you and TÂCHES.
How do payments work?
Through Stripe Checkout: card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Buying needs only your email - your account is created with the purchase, and you sign in with a one-time link from your inbox rather than a password.
What happens to my email and my recordings?
Your email is used for your Sessions and nothing else: confirmations, reminders, sign-in links, and delivery notices. Recordings, Transcripts, and your Client Notes are visible only to you and TÂCHES, and are never shared or published.
